You have plenty of motivation to make health changes, but are lacking the support you need. My role is to discover your health goals and to support you in achieving those goals. I am not a medical doctor, dietician, or nutritionist - you will want to set your health goals in consultation with your wellness team. My job is to help you achieve those goals.

You and I will start with a Discovery session where we determine if we are a good fit to work together. Then you decide what level of support you need to reach your goals.

It is common for people following a Primal lifestyle to reach a healthy weight and to generally feel good. But the results you personally get depend on the changes you are willing to make, the current state of your health, and how much your body is able to change.
