You and I will start with a Discovery session where we determine if we are a good fit to work together. Then you decide what level of support you need to reach your goals.

It is common for people following a Primal lifestyle to reach a healthy weight and to generally feel good. But the results you personally get depend on the changes you are willing to make, the current state of your health, and how much your body is able to change.
