PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!!

If you select Data Access Request, you will provide your email to our admin. The admin will get your request, will look up data associated with that email address, and send that data to the email address you supplied.

If you select Rectify Data Request, you are asking us to make changes to some data that we have about you. Similar to the data access request, the admin will get a copy of your request, will use the email address you provided to verify that it is you and you do want the data changed. When you confirm, the admin will look up and edit the requested information, and will send you an email confirming that the data was changed. Use this form if you want us to anonymize the IP address associated with the your email address, change your email address or name, or remove your name and email address from a post or comment. If you want your name and email removed from a post or comment, let us know if we should remove the post or comment as well, or if we should change the name and email to anonymous.

If you select Forget Data Request, you are asking us to delete the data associated with the email address you have provided.  The admin will get a copy of your request, will use the email address you provided to verify it is you and you do want the data deleted. When you confirm, the admin will locate the data in the database, delete the data, and send you an email confirming that the data was deleted. This choice is used to remove all comments you have made, all posts, or all user data. If you only want one comment removed (for example), use the Rectify Data Request Form instead.
